Account Closure
You can close your Picklebet account at any time via the Preferences section. If you change your mind, you can re-open your account by contacting our Customer Support team via Live Chat or email at support@picklebet.com. For more information on closing your Picklebet account, click here.
Cooldown
You can apply a cooldown to your account at any time via the Preferences section. During an account cooldown, you won’t be able to deposit or place bets for a set period. However, you’ll still be able to log in and make withdrawals. For more information on cooldowns, click here.
Self Exclusion
You can apply for self-exclusion at any time by completing the Picklebet Self Exclusion Form and submitting it to support@picklebet.com. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Any pending wagers will remain as placed, and you can withdraw any remaining balance by contacting Customer Support. Once applied, the self-exclusion cannot be removed, and your account cannot be reopened for any reason during your nominated exclusion period. For more information on self-exclusion, click here.
NTRWC Exclusion
You can apply for an NTRWC Exclusion at any time via the NT Government Website. An NTRWC Exclusion works the same way as a self-exclusion: you fill out the form, and it will be sent to all NTRWC-registered bookmakers. Once applied, the exclusion cannot be removed, and you will not be able to reopen your account for any reason during your nominated exclusion period.
BetStop
Additionally, you can self-exclude from all Australian interactive wagering services in a single step via BetStop - the National Self-Exclusion RegisterTM.
