If you feel you are losing control of your play or are at risk of problem gambling, please consider using our Self-Exclusion tool. This tool prevents you from accessing your Picklebet account for a specified period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently.
If you want to stop playing for other reasons, consider whether a Cooldown or Account Closure might be more appropriate.
How do I self-exclude?
If you wish to self-exclude from Picklebet, click here to use the self-service self-exclusion feature.
Alternatively, you can contact Customer Support via Live Chat for assistance and further information.
You can also complete our Self Exclusion form and return this to support@picklebet.com.
If you choose to self-exclude, we strongly recommend that you also seek exclusion from other gambling operators where you hold accounts.
You can self-exclude from all Australian interactive wagering services in a single step via BetStop – the National Self-Exclusion Register™.
For more information, visit betstop.gov.au or call 1800 238 786.
Additionally, you can exclude yourself from all Northern Territory–licensed operators by following the instructions provided on the NT Government website.
What happens if I self-exclude?
During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Any pending wagers will remain as placed, and you can withdraw any remaining balance by contacting Customer Support.
Once applied, the self-exclusion cannot be removed, and your account cannot be reopened for any reason during your nominated exclusion period.
