If you would like to close your account, follow these three steps:
1. Select Preferences under My Account from the side menu.
2. Click the Account Deactivations Tab.
3. Scroll down the page and click the Close Account button. A confirmation prompt will appear.
Upon closure of your account:
- Any balance remaining can be withdrawn by contacting our Support Team;
- All pending cash bets will stand;
- Any pending bets with a token or promotion associated with it will have the promotion aspect of the bet removed;
- All bonus bets will be void;
- Any Bonus Cash balance on the account will be removed; and
- You will be removed from all marketing lists.
