Withdrawals are processed multiple times a day, 7 days a week, including on public holidays!
Eligible withdrawals are processed between 11 am - 7pm AEDT on weekdays and Sundays, and 11am - 9pm AEDT on Saturdays. Some withdrawals may take longer - we will process these as quickly as possible.
