Withdrawals are processed multiple times a day, 7 days a week, including on public holidays!
Eligible withdrawals are processed between 10 am - 6pm AEST on weekdays and Sundays, and 10am - 8pm AEST on Saturdays. Some withdrawals may take longer - we will process these as quickly as possible.
