Things to know:
What is a Combination Multi Bet?
A combo multi bet allows you to place multiple selections within a single bet, where different combinations of those selections create multiple individual bets. Think of it as lots of individual multis, made up of all your selections!
How is it different from a Standard Multi?
Unlike standard multi bets, where all selections need to win for a return, combination multi bets offer the flexibility to win even if some legs don’t quite make it!

How to Place a Combination Multi Bet:
1. Make Your Selections:
Start by choosing the selections you want to include in your multi bet. You’ll need at least three selections to see the option for combination multis.
2. Scroll down to the Combination Multi Section:
Depending on the number of selections you make, you will see different ways to split your selections
3. Pick the combination that suits your strategy:
For example, selecting ‘Any 2 Win’ will generate multiple bets for each combination of 2 from your selections.
If your selections are Bet A - Bet B - Bet C, you would have the following combinations for the “Any 2 Win”:
Bet A & Bet B
Bet A & Bet C
Bet B & Bet C
4. Set Your Stake:
Enter your desired total stake or stake per combination. The other stake field will automatically update based on the number of combinations generated. The stake per combination must be a whole cent amount with a minimum of 1c per combination.
5. Place Your Bet:
Once you’ve reviewed your combinations and stakes, hit the ‘Place Bet’ button to confirm.
FAQs
How are Combination Multi Bets Settled?
Combination multi bets are settled based on the outcome of each individual combination. For instance, if A and B win, and C loses, you still win on the combination of A x B.
You only receive a payout for the combinations that win. Therefore your final payout may differ from the estimated one shown when placing the bet - this reflects if every combo was to win.

Can I use bonus cash?
No, bonus cash cannot be used for combination multi bets.
Why did my total stake adjust from what I initially entered?
The combination stake must be a full cent amount, so the total stake needs to be fully divisible by the number of combos. It will automatically round down to the nearest acceptable amount.
Can I do combination multis on any sports?
Yes, as long as they are different events that are not related, you can do combo betting.
Can I add a Same Game Multi (SGM) or Same Race Multi (SRM) in my combination bet?
Yes, you can include an SGM or SRM. An SRM or SGM counts as one leg in your combination multi bet, regardless of how many selections are in the SRM or SGM.
Are there any limits to the number of combos?
Any bet types that generate fewer than 500 individual combinations are available to be bet on.
When will my combination multi be resulted?
All combination multis will result upon the completion and resulting of the final event in the whole bet.
Example:
Let’s say you’ve selected three outcomes: Winx to win the Cox Plate, Brisbane Broncos to win the NRL, and Patrick Cripps to win the Brownlow. Each selection in this example is priced at odds of $3, $4, and $5 respectively. By choosing the ‘Any 2 Win’ option, you are creating the following combinations:
- Bet 1: Winx x Broncos ($3 odds x $4 odds)
- Bet 2: Winx x Cripps ($3 odds x $5 odds)
- Bet 3: Cripps x Broncos ($5 odds x $4 odds)
A Combo Multi Bet with a total stake of $30 would be split across each of your combinations, which in this case would be $10 per combination ($30 / 3 combinations = $10).
If Winx and the Broncos both win, but Cripps misses out on the Brownlow, only “Bet 1” would Win, as “Bet 2” and “Bet 3” contained Cripps as a selection.
Your return with a $10 stake per combination would be:
- Bet 1 odds: Winx ($3) x Broncos ($4) = $12
- Total return for Bet 1: $12 x $10 stake = $120
You’ll receive a $120 payout for this combination, even though Cripps didn’t win!
Alternatively, if Patrick Cripps did win the Brownlow, and Winx didn’t Win the Cox plate, only “Bet 3” would Win and the return would be;
- Bet 3 odds: Cripps ($5) x Broncos ($4) = $20
- Total return for Bet 3: $20 x $10 stake = $200
You would receive a payout of $200 in this instance. The difference in payout compared to the previous example is due to the difference in odds between the selections that Won.
If all 3 of your selections Win, you would receive a payout for all of the individual combinations that you had - and they all add together to become your total payout!
- Bet 1 return: Winx ($3) x Broncos ($4) = $12 odds x $10 stake = $120
- Bet 2 return: Winx ($3) x Cripps ($5) = $15 odds x $10 stake = $150
- Bet 3 return: Cripps ($5) x Broncos ($4) = $20 odds x $10 stake = $200
- Total return for Bet 1, Bet 2, and Bet 3 = $120 + $150 + $200 = $470
If all your selections Won, your total payout would be $470.
