You can close your Picklebet account at any time via the PREFERENCES section. If you change your mind, you can re-open your account by contacting our customer service team via live chat or email@example.com. For more information on closing your Picklebet account click here.
You can apply a cooldown to your account at any time via the PREFERENCES section. During an account cooldown, you can’t deposit or bet money for a set period. However, you’re still allowed to log in, enter Pick'ems contests and withdraw. For more information on cooldowns click here.
You can apply for a self-exclusion at any time by filling out the Picklebet Self Exclusion Form and submitting it to firstname.lastname@example.org. During a self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Any pending wagers will stand as placed and you can withdraw any remaining balance by contacting Customer Service. Once applied, you will not be able to remove the self-exclusion or re-open your account for any reason during your nominated exclusion period. For more information on self-exclusion click here.
You can apply for an NTRC Exclusion at any time via the NT Government Website. NTRC Exclusion works the same way as a self-exclusion you fill out the form and they will send it to all NTRC registered bookies. Once applied, you will not be able to remove the self-exclusion or re-open your account for any reason during your nominated exclusion period.
