What is Interac?
Interac is a fast, secure, and convenient way to deposit funds into, and withdraw funds from, your Picklebet account. This service is available to anyone in Canada, using their Canadian bank account. 

Deposits are usually instant but may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank.

How do I deposit with Interac? 
Canadian residents can deposit money into their Picklebet wallet via Interac in five steps: 

1. Open your WALLET from anywhere inside the platform.

2. Select the Deposit tab.

3. Input the amount you intend to deposit.

4. Select the DEPOSIT $X.XX button.

5. You'll be taken to Interac to complete the transaction.

Why haven't I been credited my Interac funds?

Although Interac transactions occur in near real-time, your deposit may be delayed for up to 24 hours. This delay is a security measure that banks take to ensure both parties (sender and recipient) are legitimate.

Withdrawals, once approved, can take between 1-3 business days, depending on your financial institution.
