There may be a few reasons you can't login. These include:
- You are incorrectly entering your password or username;
- Your account has been closed;
- Your account has been locked, due to an incorrect password being entered to your account 5 times in a row; or
- You have requested that we close your account.
If your account is locked, you can get back in by requesting a password reset link and resetting your password.
If your account has been closed, you will receive a message when you try to log in notifying you know that your account has been closed. You will need to get in contact with our Support team via live chat, or by emailing them at email@example.com to attempt to re-open the account.
